Guy walked me through the settings, corrected the CSV mess, and even sent screenshots so I wouldn't repeat the same mistake. Not perfect (the app can be a little clunky), but their people made the difference.

Bottom line: it usually gets the job done, but don’t count on it in a pinch. After six years driving around the Midwest as a company-driver, I depend on the dispatch board and invoicing to work instantly - and TruckingOffice is flaky: invoices have failed to send and the dispatch screen has frozen at the worst times. I’m torn because when it behaves it saves hours, but the occasional downtime and slow fixes mean I still run a paper backup.
