...switched to Dr Dispatch after years of juggling spreadsheets and endless phone tags; the dispatch board is cleaner and lets me assign loads in seconds, which actualy cut my admin time nearly in half. With 35 trucks that single change made me reallly happy - no more scribbled notes or missed pickups, though the reporting is basic and the mobile interface could use work. Not perfect, but for execution and keeping drivers moving it's a dependable, no-frills solution.
