Last Tuesday we missed a pickup because the load wasn't pushed to the driver's app in time. Compared to our old Excel-driven dispatch sheets and a drawer full of paper trip tickets, Dr Dispatch centralizes load and driver info and makes assigning trips noticeably quicker - this saved real admin hours for our 15-truck fleet in the Southeast - but reporting is sparse and the batch-edit workflow is clunky enough that we often revert to the spreadsheets we were trying to retire; svae one headache, create another, and the excution edge cases still trip us up. I'm genuinely torn: it's better for day-to-day dispatch, but not deep enough for the odd problems that used to be solved by our custom Excel hacks.
