What I disliked most was the bait-and-switch load posting that sent one of my drivers 180 miles for a canceled hopper pickup. BulkLoads' error forced a driver from my 15-truck fleet - operating in the Southeast for five years - to deadhead back empty, costing roughly $800 in fuel and detention and deleyed other pickups over two days. Support took three days to respond with a useless boilerplate, the reciept for the disputed fee never matched the posting, and we lost both money and time.
