...and for a minute Cortex actually reccomended a route that shaved 45 mins off my I-95 run - felt like a miracle until the live-tracking glitched and the broker said I was late. Then the invoicing auto-send doubled a bill to a small shipper and I spent two days untangling payments while support took forever to answer. I'm an owner-operator in the Northeast with 7 years on the road, so I'm torn - routing can be a real help, but the billing/tracking screwups make me uneasy about using it full-time.
