Last week a county bridge closure on I‑80 near Des Moines popped up after my driver was already an hour out. PCS's Cortex AI pushed an alternate route, auto-updated the ETA to the receiver, and turned a likely three-hour delay into about thirty minutes - saved us a detention fee and a stressed driver. I run three trucks and after 22 years in the Midwest I'm picky; four stars because the app still has a couple clunky spots, but that quick reroute paid for itself.
