Fast app, shaky real time updates. I can see the intent, but the delivery status sync is inconsistent and it throws our tracking off.

Fast real time status checks. I use it daily to confirm ETAs and it rarely feels out of date.
Frustrating ETA accuracy under edge cases. I tested it against known late arrivals and the predictions lagged reality.
