Good help with safety program stuff. I was worried I’d miss something in the wording, but they explained it in plain English. Only thing is the back and forth can feel a little drawn out.

Good visibility, but a little noisy. I like seeing fuel spend broken down, yet the alerts can feel jumpy until you dial them in.
Good visibility into fuel purchases. I like that I can check what happened the same day and spot anything that looks off, though the layout took me a day to learn.
Feels dependable at the pump. I use it across their locations and it just works most days. I do wish the rewards were a little more obvious when they hit.
More hassle than I expected. I ran into a couple stations where it would not go through and I had to switch payment. When you are trying to fuel and roll, that is irritating.
Fine card, a little annoying sometimes. I like seeing the charges broken out so I know what is fuel vs other stuff. But the discounts are not always as clear as I want when I am planning stops.
Really smooth to use day to day. I can get around it without hunting for stuff, which I appreciate. It feels consistent and not cluttered.
Setup was pretty painless overall. I got our cards ready without a bunch of back and forth, and the basics made sense. Took a minute to figure out the restrictions, but after that it was smooth.
Pretty easy to grab loads here. I like that I can see what is available and book it without a bunch of back and forth. It is not flashy, but it works for my day to day.
Honestly, the app is pretty handy. I can check a load and send an update without digging through messages. It has a couple spots that feel a little buried, but I got used to it.
Pretty smooth for messaging. I like that I can reach out about a load right there instead of bouncing between threads. I just wish the conversation view was a little cleaner.
