Clean data, awkward alert tuning. I can see the condition readings clearly, but dialing in notifications in the cloud portal feels fussier than it should.

Good sensor data when it updates. I ran into some odd gaps in the diagnostics that made troubleshooting harder.
Alerting is unreliable. I tuned thresholds carefully and still get inconsistent triggers, so I stopped trusting it.
Not stable enough for me. I had a couple sessions where updates did not appear when I expected them.
Fine for scheduling, but the workflow feels stiff. I can book appointments, yet changes do not feel quick.
Solid webhook notifications. We get tracking events pushed to us reliably, and I like that I do not have to poll constantly.
Good branding control, but the status steps feel generic. I can make it look like us, yet it still reads a bit canned.
Status updates feel inconsistent. I will see a shipment sit on the same step for too long, then jump ahead all at once.
Not reliable when I need it. I had the GPS tracking jump around and it made my check ins look wrong.
Location sharing was inconsistent for me. I kept seeing stale positions even with a strong signal.
Looks polished, GPS still frustrates me. I follow the route, but the in app navigation lags and reroutes at the worst times.
