It works, but it feels confusing. I can see shipment status, yet I still get lost finding the right screen.
Good for keeping dispatch in the loop. I can send quick messages without hassle.
Okay for watching trips. I can see updates, but I still get mixed up finding what I need.
Too frustrating to rely on. I tried it and the directions took me where trucks should not go.
