Decent label flow, but not perfect. I like generating labels in the same place I manage shipments, but I ran into a couple edge cases where the label details did not match what I expected. It is workable, just a bit finicky.

Nice and straightforward, mostly. I like how the tracking updates refresh without me babysitting it, and I can follow shipments across major carriers in one spot. I do wish the status wording was a bit more standardized, but it is still easy to interpret.
Tracking updates feel flaky and inconsistent. I keep seeing the delivery status lag behind what the carrier shows, which is annoying when I am trying to verify a shipment. For something that is basically about visibility, that mismatch is hard to ignore.
Really clean order dashboard. I can jump from order info to shipment progress without digging around, and it feels responsive. I did spend a minute learning where everything lives, but it clicked fast.
Super clean dashboard, honestly. I can see inventory and shipment updates in real time without hunting through menus. The end to end order view is slick, I just wish the notifications were a touch easier to filter.
Clean, customizable dashboards are the best part. I set up a view that matches how we think about the fleet, and I do not have to click around much. It took some tinkering to get it just right, but it is been worth it.
Really clean reporting, honestly. I can slice the data a bunch of ways and it stays readable. I just wish a couple report views loaded a bit faster on busy days.
Good data, messy dashboard layout. I like digging into the driver behavior view, but it takes too many clicks to get to what I want. Once I set up my own shortcuts it felt better.
Super clean live map updates. I can pull it up and see where a truck is right now without fiddling with settings. The refresh feels fast, though the first login took a minute to sort out.
Nice data, but the UI feels busy. I can pull up a trailer and get what I need, yet the dashboard throws a lot at you at once. I wish the defaults were a little cleaner so I do not have to click around as much.
The analytics views are actually useful. I can pull a quick utilization picture and dig into history without exporting a bunch of stuff. The charts could load a touch faster, but it is still smooth.
