Pretty handy for seeing orders in one place. I like that I can check where a shipment is without digging around, even though I'm not super techy. The alerts are nice, but sometimes I miss one if I'm not lookin.

Decent, but not perfect for updates. I like seeing order progress in one spot, but the delivery status sometmes lags behind. For me it is usable, just a little annoying.
Love the automated workflow stuff. I set it up once and it keeps orders moving without me babysittin it. Small nit, it took me a while to find where things were at first.
Decent app, but it acts up. I like being able to look up a truck on my phone, but it logs me out alot and that gets old.

Not impressed, kinda confusing. I tried to check where a trailer was and it just didnt make much sense to me. The screen kept changing and I couldnt tell what was current.
Really happy with the alerts. I set up a couple fence lines and it just works, even for me. Took a min to figure out where the setting was tho.

Way less email ping pong for us. I can just send the request and wait for the update, which feels simpler. The login tripped me up once, but after that it was ok.
