Decent insights, but not always intuitive. I like the trend views, yet I still have to poke around too much to interpret some metrics.
Solid data, but alerts need work. I like the telematics tie-in, yet I had to keep adjusting thresholds to stop false flags.
Too many false alerts for me. I can tell the rules engine is noisy and it wastes my attention.
