Nice and simple for checking status. I use it to see if our gear is where it should be, and it usually is. The first login stuff tripped me up a bit, but it was ok after that.

Okay tracking, support was meh. I had a question about setting up alerts and it took awhile to get a clear answer. Once I finally got it, it worked, but the wait was annoyng.
Kinda handy, kinda annoying too. I can see where the driver is, but the status alerts dont always match what we just did. Im not super techy so it took me a bit to figure out.
Not bad, not super smooth. I like getting the delivery updates without having to check all the time, but I got lost setting up the notifications. I wish it was more strightforward for someone like me.
Honestly pretty handy for incoming packages. I like being able to check the status without chasing people around the building. The screens feel a little clunky to me, but it still works ok.
