Happy with the on route event capture. I can log exceptions right when they happen, but the prompts could be a little clearer.

Really clean route planning. I can set up multi stop trips quickly and the ETAs stay easy to follow.
Simple and does what I need. I can share my live location from my phone without making it a permanent thing.
Reporting is solid and easy to read. I use it to review delivery activity without digging around.
Pretty reliable for proof of delivery. I like having the POD show up right away, though the screen feels a bit busy at times.
Too finicky with photo capture. I had to retry shots more than I should.
Decent coverage out west, but I wish the delivery status updated more reliably. We get the job done, just with some uncertainty.
Very happy with the photo proof. I can look back later and see exactly what was dropped off, which keeps my notes clean.
