OptimoRoute's real-time route updates and driver assignment work well for my runs. Dispatch can change stops and drivers get the new plan quickly, which cuts down on empty miles and late arrivals. The mobile app can lag sometimes and the interface could be cleaner, but it gets the job done.

Shipsy makes coordinating pickups and dropoffs easier. The proof of delivery photo upload is simple and accepted by shippers right away. Real time updates keep dispatch informed so I get fewer calls about ETAs and exceptions, and the dashboard keeps delivery details in one place so paperwork and follow ups are less of a hassle.
