I've been driving company trucks for nine years and FarEye made day to day runs easier. The live ETA updates and automated dispatching cut wait times and let me plan fuel and breaks better, the proof of delviery feature also stopped paperwork disputes with shippers. The app can lag sometimes on routes with poor signal and the carrier onboarding took a few tries, but it still saves time and headaches compared to our old system.

Nine years on the road, I tried AFT Dispatch for my solo truck and it was a mess. They dropped the ball on broker communication and didn't confirm a pickup, which cost me a $450 detention fee and a day's pay. I spent hours on hold and had to rebook the load myself. It's been more frusteration than help.
