Its managed services cover the systems a fleet runs on - TMS, ELDs and telematics, imaging and document management, fleet maintenance, and driver workflow tools - along with help desk, monitoring, hardware procurement, and data backup. Consulting engagements range from vendor selection and technology roadmaps to business process assessment, profitability analysis, and virtual CTO support. GLCS also sells Channel, its own integration product, which connects a fleet's mobile-communication platform such as Samsara or Platform Science directly to its TMS.
