During a roadside inspection last summer, DOT inspectors challenged a driver's hours and threatened a citation. I pulled the ELD and engine-hour records from PeopleNet, generated the trip log PDF, and emailed it to the officer in under ten minutes - citation dropped and the truck stayed on the road. For a 55-truck fleet operating in the Southeast, that immediate, reliable access to historical ELD data is the single feature that keeps me satisfied with the platform (4/5).
