…and then the unit decided to update right as I was pulling into a weigh station, rebooting and blanking my in-cab messages so the dispatcher’s change never showed up. Support finally pulled my logs and proved I wasn’t driving outside my hours, which saved me from a ticket, but getting them on the line took forever and one of my guys missed the load because his tablet lost the instruction. I run three trucks and after nine years in the Southeast I’ll take the accurate logs but hate the timing of these glitches - useful when it behaves, infuriating when it doesn’t.
