Thought I’d balk at the price, but after a year it's been worth most of it. What really sold me was the HOS accuracy - auditors like the clean logs and we haven’t had a fine since rollout. With 120 trucks here in the Midwest the upfront install and monthly per-truck fees stung, and I still gripe about the cost on payroll day, but the time saved on inspections eats into that. Support was quick to help when we needed rule tweaks, so we didn’t lose trucks to configuration issues. Not cheap, but for reliable compliance tracking I'm happy to give it four stars.
