Zola Weber's review of PeopleNet
Eleven years managing a 60-truck fleet in the Southeast has taught me to value dependable HOS data; PeopleNet's hours-of-service alerts flagged several genuine issues before they turned into violations. The level of detail is useful, but the system generates a high volume of borderline alerts and the in-cab override/annotation flow is clumsy, which frustrates drivers and creates extra back-office cleanup. It does help avoid fines, yet some days it feels like we’re policing the telematics more than the trucks.
