Adonis Kerluke's review of Dossier Systems
The price was the worst part - we paid far more than expected for little real savings. Implementation fees and mandatory custom integrations ate through our budget (roughly $18k upfront) and then support showed up as another monthly charge that kept creeping higher. I bought it to cut shop and parts costs, but after eight months there was no measurable decrease in repair spend, just more time entering tickets. The system does track parts and work orders, but when the bottom line didn't budge it felt like a costly paper exercise. For a 75-truck private fleet in the Pacific Northwest this ended up being an expensive checkbox, not something that paid for itself.
