The alerts tie to odometer and engine hours and push a clear work order with parts lists - no guessing which PM is due next. One early-morning notification flagged rising coolant temps on a day cab (we run 40 trucks here in the Midwest), so the shop swapped a failing hose before it ruined the head gasket; that single event justified the switch for me. The mobile interface can be sluggish when attaching pictures from the road, which is the only reason I didn’t give five stars.
