Bottom line: worth the price - the maintenance reminders single-handedly kept one engine out of the shop and basically paid for the sub. I've been an owner-operator in the Southeast for 18 years and, while the invoicing UI is clunky and billng could be clearer, saving that repair bill made it feel like money well spent.

UI can be clunky and some reports are slow, but for the price it's worthwile if you need to keep tabs on gear.

Offline mode actually works; we lose signal all the time out by the yards and the app queues everything until it's back. I've run a 20-truck fleet in the Northeast and after three years on Dossier the day-to-day friction around inspections and repairs just evaporated because the mechanic has the image and history before the truck even lands on the shop ramp. Five stars for making the mobile side feel like an extension of the shop instead of another chore.
