Really frustrating to use most days. I keep trying to update my trip status and it just spins or doesnt take, then dispatch thinks I never did it. I'm not real techy so maybe it's me, but its been a headache.
Unreliable status reporting has been my main issue. When I submit delivery updates, they do not always appear as updated on my end. I cannot trust it for accurate trip status without double checking.
Solid dispatch messaging flow. I can reply and keep the thread tied to the assignment without any confusion.
Good visibility, inconsistent telemetry sync. I can see the live location updates, but I also get occasional gaps that make me question the feed.
