Adella Labadie's review of Shippeo
I've used Shippeo for four years. Support is the reason I'm warning others - response times are glacial, tickets get bounced between teams, and when you finally get someone on a call they read from the same canned script that doesn't match our setup. Last month a driver hit an unexpected delay and the support rep promised a route update in two hours that never came; we missed two delivery windows and took about $1,200 in customer penalties. Their portal keeps promising predictive alerts but getting a human to act is the problem - it's like the platform can tell you what's wrong but the people won't help fix it. If you can handle self-service and endless email loops maybe it's tolerable, but for a Midwest operation with 25 trucks that needs quick, pragmatic help, it's been more headache than help.
