Great real time sync for field updates. I watched a few test runs and the status changes showed up immediately on the web side. The timestamps are consistent, which makes reporting cleaner for us. I would like a little more clarity when the phone signal drops, since it is not always obvious what is queued. Still, the data flow is dependable most days.
