Honestly, the barcode scanning let me down. I expected it to be consistent, but we kept getting missed scans that made our stops look incomplete. I tried different phones and settings and it still popped up. I can work around it, but I should not have to. For our runs, it made the workflow feel unreliable.
Super easy to follow on the map. I can see where my drivers are without poking around a bunch, and it just makes sense. The GPS updates are realy good, no complaints.
Pretty reliable for proof of delivery. I like having the POD show up right away, though the screen feels a bit busy at times.
Really happy with the dispatch control tools. I can move jobs around quickly when a driver calls in, and it feels intuitive without digging through menus. I wish the screen had a couple bigger buttons, but it is still smooth.
