Pretty handy for proof of delivery. I like being able to grab a signature and snap a quick photo right on my phone instead of dealing with paperwork. The only thing is it took me a bit to figure out where everything was at first.
Decent, but not always smooth. I like the signature capture, but I have had the app lag when I am trying to update delivery status.
Really clean event tracking in the field. I rely on the timestamped pickup and delivery entries because they match what actually happened when I am on site. The signature capture has been consistent for me, even on longer days with a lot of stops. Photo capture is also straightforward, and I can attach what I need without digging through menus. My only gripe is the UI feels a little plain, but it is functional.
