Unreliable when it matters most. I had multiple deliveries where the app would not accept the signature and I had to restart the process. The timestamped events also did not always match what I just entered, which makes me second guess it. I tried it on two different devices with the same behavior. For something that is supposed to record proof, I cannot count on it.
Decent, but not always smooth. I like the signature capture, but I have had the app lag when I am trying to update delivery status.
Really clean event tracking in the field. I rely on the timestamped pickup and delivery entries because they match what actually happened when I am on site. The signature capture has been consistent for me, even on longer days with a lot of stops. Photo capture is also straightforward, and I can attach what I need without digging through menus. My only gripe is the UI feels a little plain, but it is functional.
