Pretty easy once I got the hang. I can mark stops and the times show up without me doing extra steps, which I like. The photo part is simple too. Sometimes it feels a little confusng when I bounce between screens. Overall I am happy with it in daily use.
Decent, but not always smooth. I like the signature capture, but I have had the app lag when I am trying to update delivery status.
Really clean event tracking in the field. I rely on the timestamped pickup and delivery entries because they match what actually happened when I am on site. The signature capture has been consistent for me, even on longer days with a lot of stops. Photo capture is also straightforward, and I can attach what I need without digging through menus. My only gripe is the UI feels a little plain, but it is functional.
