Super clean proof of delivery. I like grabbing a signature and photo right there and being done with it. I still wish the confirmation screen was a little more obvious, but it works.

Decent tracking, but the ETAs feel flaky. We like being able to see where the driver is in real time, but I have had customer notifications go out with weird timing. I am okay using it day to day, just not fully confident in that part.
