Decent tracking, rough setup. I like seeing locations update in real time, but I got confsed during the initial server install. It works now, just not as easy as I hoped.

Surprisingly flexible alert rules. I set up notifications around the things I care about and they have been consistent so far. I like that I can adjust the thresholds without calling anyone. It did take me a little while to understand where each setting lived. Once I got it dialed in, the alerts felt predictable. I still wish the wording on a couple messages was clearer.

Disappointing route optimization results. We found the suggested routes were not consistent day to day, and it was diffcult to trust them.

Smooth real time tracking. I can glance at it and know where the trucks are without waiting for updates.
