Really clean live map and updates. I can zoom in and see where each unit is without it lagging out. The alerts are super tweakable, which I like. Only nit is I had to dig around a bit to find the view I wanted.

Disappointing accuracy for real time tracking. I kept seeing location updates lag behind what drivers reported on the road. For day to day monitoring, that gap made the visibility feel unreliable.

Works ok, but I get annoyed. I can see where we are, which is good, but the app feels a little confusin sometimes. I had to tap around to find the history view. Not terrible, just not super friendly for me.

Professional and consistent tracking in daily operations. I appreciate the clarity of the location history when I need to review a run. The interface is generally straightforward, though a few labels could be clearer.
