Solid analytics view, but a little rigid. I like being able to look back at return tracking data in one place when I’m troubleshooting. I just wish the reporting filters were more flexible for how I slice return statuses.

Very reliable return status updates. We have consistent visibility into where each return shipment stands, which helps set expectations internally. The only minor issue is that alerts can be repetitive at times.
