Feels easy once you start using it. I like getting delivery updates without hunting around, and the info is simple to read. The first login was a little wierd but after that it was ok.

Love having everything in one dashboard. I can monitor shipments end to end without bouncing between carrier pages.

Reasonable, but the dashboard can feel dense. I appreciate having shipping activity centralized, yet the interface requires careful navigation to find the exact shipment view I want. I can work with it, but it is not particularly intuitive at first.

Pretty happy with the tracking updates. I can see where stuff is without diggin around, and my customers get the branded page too. Took me a sec to find it the first time, but its been fine.
