Twenty years in trucking left me allergic to integration headaches and night shifts spent fixing invoices. We were still doing FTP drops and manual EDI checks before switching to OpenText Business Network Cloud, and that change shaved hours off my billing week almost immediately. The one thing that really sold me was the invoice-to-PO matching - when something doesn't line up the system flags it cleanly and my office actually knows what to act on instead of chasing paperwork. Onboarding some partners took longer than I hoped and support can be slow with odd mapping quirks, but for our forty-truck Midwest fleet the difference in billing accuracy was obvious. I give it four stars because it cut our exception volume dramatically, even if a few rough edges remain.
