Decent notifications, but a little noisy. I like that I can set updates to go out automatically, but I still get more pings than I want sometimes. I ended up muting a few and checking the status myself.

Really clean tracking view day to day. I like that everything shows up in one dashboard, so I am not bouncing between carrier sites to see where a shipment is. The delivery status updates feel current enough that I trust what I am looking at. The automated notifications are nice, but I had to tweak them a bit to avoid getting too many pings. Overall, it keeps me in the loop without being complicated.
