Pretty easy to keep up with orders. I can check shipment status and see delivery updates without calling anyone, which I like. The dashbord looks a little busy, but I got used to it.

Decent warehouse coverage, but not perfect. I like seeing inventory split across locations, yet the way it displays totals can be a little confusing.

Easy enough to follow order status. I can log in and see where shipments stand without needing much training. I do sometimes need to click around to find older orders.
