We run 120 trucks across the Midwest, and after 25 years in the business I've learned to trust systems that don't blow up on the first big weather or holiday push - this one kept our EDI confirmations flowing so dispatchers could stop chasing receipts. What made me happy was the real-time delivery confirmation: it showed up in the portal within minutes and cut down a mountain of phone calls. My only gripe is an occasional sync lag with a few shippers during massive batch windows - cost us a few hours one Sunday night. Still, it was reliable when I needed it, which for fleet ops matters more than a lot of flashy features.
