Reliable connectivity is the main reason we kept it. We can still see our assets when cellular coverage is weak, which matters for our routes. My only concern is that it takes some attention to tune notifications appropriately.

The replies came back with clear steps and no fluff. I liked that they stuck to the basics and did not push extra add ons. The only downside was the first response was not instant, but it was same day for me.
Nice and clear cargo condition updates. I check the temperature readouts during runs and it feels dependable. The status changes show up without me babysitting it. I do wish the alert wording was a bit more plain.
