However, the engineering escalation dragged on - promised timelines slipped and it took six days for a permanent fix while status updates were sporadic and vague. I’ve been on this platform seven years managing roughly 100 trucks in the Pacific Northwest, so I know what a true outage means for operations. I’m grateful for the frontline reps who jumped in quickly, but the shaky escalation process keeps me uneasy about relying on them for critical, last-minute failures.
