Honestly, the real time status view is my favorite part. I check it on my phone before we roll in and it usually matches what we see. The UI feels modern and I did not have to hunt around much.

Not great for us right now. I kept running into booking issues and the dock status did not look right, so I ended up calling anyway.

Nice and consistent for dock scheduling. We quit guessing on appointment times because I can see the confirmed slot in one spot. It took a little clicking to find the right warehouse the first time, but after that it was smooth.

Pretty simple to follow. I use it mostly to confirm dock appointments, and it does not feel intimidating.
