Very clear and reassuring. I find the live progress updates easy to understand, even though I am not very technical. I only wish the text on some screens were a bit larger.

Overall, the proof of delivery workflow is solid. I am able to capture the required confirmation without much trouble. However, the photo step can feel slightly finicky on my phone.

Not bad, just takes getting used to. I can find my jobs and close them out, but I still get mixed up on where to tap for the next step sometimes.
