Morton O'Reilly's review of Infios
I manage a twenty-truck fleet in the Northeast and have run Infios for about three years, and the support experience has left me honestly split. When the account rep picks up the phone they actually solve things - fast fixes, thoughtful follow-ups - and that felt like a relief the first few times. But more often than I'd like, tickets get bounced between teams, updates stop for days, and during our seasonal spikes someone will mark a case 'resolved' while the dashboard still shows errors. Live chat helps for quick clarifications, yet technical escalations require repeated callbacks and I’ve had to re-explain the same problem to different people. I'm torn because when support works it makes a real difference, but inconsistent follow-through means we still build extra buffer time around any big rollout.
