Very frustrating to rely on. I had multiple times where the GPS tracking did not look accurate and it made me second-guess what was being shown. I cannot use an app if the location updates feel unreliable.
Honestly pretty handy for updates. I can mark deliveries done and it keeps everyone in the loop without me thinking about it too much. Sometimes the GPS takes a sec to catch up, but its been fine for me.
Good visibility for the team, but not perfect. I like that dispatch can see my location in real time, and the live status updates are accurate when I remember to check in. The downside is that if I miss a check in, the status can lag behind what is really happening. I also wish the app made it clearer when an update failed to send. Overall, it works, but it needs a tighter flow for those edge cases.
Very reliable proof of delivery. I can capture what I need at the door and move on without confusion. It feels consistent from stop to stop, which is what I want.
