Moshe Frami's review of Infios
During a three-day freeze last December Infios reallocated a priority refrigerated pallet at 2 a.m., stopping a spoilage claim and a nasty detention bill. The sticker shock was real - implementation and subscription costs weren't small - but that single avoided claim covered nearly the first year's expense. With 25 years of hauling and a 120-truck fleet I expected slow payback, yet the thing that actually made me happy was the execution engine quietly shifting capacity without anyone on my team having to chase it. Because it's modular we phased the rollout to protect cashflow, so the price felt less like a hole and more like measured investment. Nine months in, I'm paying for features I use and can point to actual dollars saved; for us, it was worth every penny.
