Pretty solid, but not super intuitive. I like seeing shipments move in real time, especially when customers ask where a stop is. The dispatch screen took me a bit to learn and I still click the wrong thing sometimes. The driver app works, but a couple drivers needed help figuring out the steps. Once we got used to it, the day to day flow felt okay.
Setup was mostly painless for us. I am not super techy, but the driver phone app was easy to understand right away. The proof of delivery part is the main reason we kept it, since I can pull it up without digging. Support answered my questions, though it took a bit to get the reply back. It is a good fit, just a little confusing the first day or two.
Really clean tracking updates overall. I like being able to see where a delivery is in real time, even if the ETA is not always perfect.
