I've used Infios for 4 years. One snowy morning a mudslide shut down a stretch of highway and one of my loads was stranded; with five trucks in the Pacific Northwest I expected phone calls and angry customers, but Infios automatically reallocated the stop to another driver, recalculated ETAs and nudged the warehouse to prep a different dock so the delivery still arrived on time. That automatic reassign and ETA update is the feature that made me happiest - the interface can be a bit fiddly at first, but that day it saved us.
